1. Developed temporary authorization for digital TV content service providers

2. Carried out spectrum utilization audits

3. Network audit for Department of Defense, and National Security Intelligence Service across the country

4. Developed guidelines and regulations for the use of ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) spectrum band 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz for the Authority

5. Carried out inspection and installation Commissioning of private VSATs for Barclays Bank countrywide

6. Developed guidelines for licensing the first DVB-H network provided by Digital Mobile Television in Kenya

7. Carried out inspection of DVB-H networks prior to commissioning

8. Developed the structure of the Multimedia Services Department

9. Project manager and administrator of the Radio Spectrum Management System – IRIS Management and Billing for the Authority and generated the first invoices and licenses using the system

10. Optimized the FM Broadcasting frequency plan and increased the number of available FM frequencies

11. Developed the current Digital TV frequency plan and coordinated it with neighboring countries ensuring availability of sufficient frequencies in bordering country sites and filed the plan with the ITU BRIFIC Master Register

12. International Standards Organization (ISO) champion in MMS department of the Authority including

- Developed MMS departmental procedures in the prescribed by the ISO 9001:2008 standard

- Qualified ISO 9001:2008 Auditor

- Qualified ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor

13. Developed the Studio to Transmitter link channelization in the UHF frequency band 400MHz for FM Broadcasting services

14. Maintained the National Table of Frequency Allocation Table (TOFA)

15. Service Charter champion in the MMS department of the Authority

16. Representative of CA at the KeBS TC178 that develops standards for Extra Low Voltage Devices

17. Database developer and manager for Frequency Spectrum Management and Multimedia Services in CA

18. Project implementer for IRIS Spectrum Management System for FSM department

19. Commended by FSM department in May 2012 for providing legal inputs on a court case between the Authority and a Commercial Trunked Radio Operator (CTRO) tender case

20. Prepared legal inputs on a court case between the Authority and Wananchi Group on Broadcasting Signal Distribution Licensing in 2013

21. Member of the Commission’s Annual Report Preparation Committee for the last 5 years

22. Member of the organization Committee and Secretariat to the ATU Annual Conference on Digital Migration and Digital Dividend planning and Licensing, developed licensing options for the Digital Dividend in the UHF band 470-862MHz

24. Developed a Business Case and Request for Proposal (RFP) for the National Digital Television Broadcasting Signal Distribution and Transmission Network for the Ministry of Information and Communications
