- Provide leadership in designing, implementation, monitoring, documentation and dissemination of Continuous Quality Improvement projects.
- Monitor and ensure that program meets milestones and targets set by donor in accordance with program work plan, while ensuring that funded activities are implemented in close coordination with donor and county governments, and that they are aligned with Ministry of Health standards, protocols, guidelines and policies.
- Stay abreast of latest technical developments in field of HIV and TB and support CHMTs as well as SCHMTs to apply cutting edge strategies to HIV and TB programming.
- Oversee development of all regular and ad hoc care program technical reports, as well as other deliverables
- Use data driven approach to problem solve, strategize and focus interventions, and ensure that project performs according to donor’s agreement.
- Represent program in activities with external stakeholders as needed and guided by Principal Investigator.
