  • Ensuring that sales and purchase invoices, e-bills, credit and debit notes are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Ensuring duplicate invoices, proforma invoices are not processed and any 'fraudulent looking invoices or email requests for payments' are not processed but investigated, queried and escalated.
