  • Conducting financial due diligence assessments on new and existing vendors as per the regulatory requirements by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) for audit purposes. This has so far been achieved at 100%.

  • Coordinating end to end vendor transition processes: including clearly defined onboarding and offboarding checklists, appropriate prioritization, impact assessment, approval, and documentation.
  • Monitoring and updating of the vendor management risk register to ensure that effective controls are put in place to mitigate all potential risks to the vendor management processes.
  • Preparing and processing requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment on ERP system. This includes generating reports for all open purchase orders to track the ones with open balances and following up to ensure that they are closed.
