  • Revenue Growth: Spearheaded substantial revenue growth across multiple product segments. Achievements included a 43% increase in retail Internet banking, a remarkable 55% surge in mobile banking, a 30% boost in agency banking, and an outstanding 97% increase in corporate Internet banking revenues.
  • Corporate Host-2-Host Integrations: Over 12 months, I successfully executed Host-2-Host integrations for corporate clients, resulting in a 76% revenue surge, amounting to KES 52.47 billion.
  • Build and roll out the Android Agent Banking Platform in-house build platform to all six subsidiaries to increase the banking coverage in remote areas. Over 50,000 Agents are onboarded to this Inhouse Android platform to mobilize the Deposit and cash in and cash out, Bill payment, and account opening.
  • Build and roll out the Pay with Equity (PWE) Platform – in-house build platform to all six subsidiaries to increase the banking coverage to the remote area. Over 1.5 million Merchants Tills and Billers are onboarded to accept payments from Telcos (MNOs) and within the Bank channels such as Mobile & Internet Banking.
  • Digital Lending Impact: Lead efforts that enabled the disbursement of KES 230 billion in digital loans, empowering individuals and MSMEs, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Strategic Vision:
