A holder of PhD in Organizational Leadership Development-Business and Entrepreneurship option (Pan Africa Christian University); Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (Africa International University); Bachelor of Theology (Africa International University). A seasoned banker with over 25 years' experience in Commercial Banking rising from junior officer to management level. Over 7 years' experience in entrepreneurship, having been a Co-owner and Director of Prudent Academy primary school, Nairobi. Currently serving as an Elder and a member of CITAM Advisory Committee. A Leadership Certified Professional Coach with over 100 hours of coaching at personal and group level. Coached, trained and mentored individuals and leaders in various institutions including churches, schools and companies. Founder and director of Re-Imagine Leadership Consulting Limited, whose focus is to develop leaders through coaching, training and consulting for positive change. Skilled in research, data analysis, interpretation and evaluation. Able to apply both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Continued to develop research skills, which include research protocols, training of research assistants, data collection and analysis using appropriate analytical software packages like SPSS and report writing. Continuous upskill, learning and acquiring new knowledge in the field of leadership, particularly strategic leadership, authentic leadership, transformational leadership and self-leadership for organizational development. Shown a deep interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by being involved in outreach missions and CSR targeting children's homes, community centres and schools as well as free medical camps.
