• Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management and correspondence by adopting customer focused approach in turn cashing in Yusudi's first invoice of Kes 200K + and Kes 1 Million + for 8 hires in first month as Project Lead.
• Provided sound analysis and advice to business heads on selection process through providing salary band reports, reference checks, and psychometric assessments analysis.
• Successfully collaborated with IT team and partners to integrate Yusudi's CRM and Zoho ATS to streamline current data and systemize recruitment across all levels.
• Developed and implemented quantifiable Key Results, SOPs, and KPIs, to align the team with company goals, overseeing 2-4 direct reports at a time.
• Participated in team training on end to end recruitment norms such as kick-off, job adverts (developing JDs and posting), calibration, mapping, sourcing among other recruitment processes.

During the eight-month period, I supported both companies and candidates for up to 10 projects and took lead on standardizing workflows in the Zoho Applicant Tracking System to ensure consistency, minimize redundancies leading to my promotion to Projects lead within six months.
