  • Managed the implementation of a 6-year project (, ) on integrated Food and Nutrition Security and Ecosystem management of ASALs of Kenya (FOSEMS) which introduced improved Poultry breeds and supported the value chain development among Youth in Makueni and Kitui County
  • Provided leadership, as the project manager and market development specialist in the conceptualization, piloting and scaling-up efforts of the aggregator business model linking 60,000 smallholder Sorghum producers to commercial markets for Surplus Sorghum and generating 16 Million US dollars in revenue for smallholder farmers, Micro and Meso enterprises within 5 years
  • Initiated and provided leadership in 11 different programs/Project, as a project manager, targeting food security, income generation, resilience, natural resource management, markets development and access as well enterprise development among the Youth, through agricultural value chain development in Kenya and Tanzania
