• Liaises with the Country Head of each opcos to extend support in the achievement of objectives and roadmaps where needed.
• Leads the follow-up with the Country Heads and the Heads of Departments (HoDs) of the opcos to generate accurate & insightful regular reports, dashboards and provide feedback to the VP, Operations, Group departments and other key stakeholders.
• Supports the opcos on the implementation of large projects. Assists with the assessment, analysis, project plan and follow up.
• Supports in identifying problems and issues and assists in finding solutions. Drafts action plans and monitors implementation and effectiveness of the adopted actions.
• Manages multiple end-to-end transformation and improvement programs – identifies areas of improvement, defines change strategy, training, and organizational readiness assessment; drives communication, training, and change activities to ensure focus on behavioral change.
• Acts as the OKRs champion in the opcos, Supports in drafting the departmental OKRs and follows up on the progress.
• Builds a continuous improvement (CI) environment to support ongoing programs of change in the opcos establishes internal governance and controls to monitor change and CI effectiveness.
• Supports the VP, Operations and the relevant Country Head where needed in preparing presentations to the client and in the implementation of initiatives that help increase the level of client satisfaction.
