• Proposed Residential Development in Donholm for Dr. Ben Chumo. Project is seven-Storey residential structure with ground floor parking and roof slab water tank at estimated cost of 80 million Ksh. Construction complete.
• Proposed Hostels, Boundary Wall, Gate House, and Classrooms for Alliance Girls High School. Project is three-story structure with capacity of 600 students, 2.6 km long boundary wall, gatehouse, three-story structure with 24 classrooms, provision of washrooms, 2 Septic tanks, and other external works at estimated cost of 350 million. -Construction completed.

Comprises of three-story hostel structure, it has capacity of 450 students with septic tank and external works at estimated cost of 90 million KSh.
