  • Successfully lead the KS2 team for 7 years through 3 international inspections, providing mentoring, support and direction.
  • Promoted wellbeing, morale and teamwork within the team who have all given positive feedback about feeling valued and supported.

  • Worked in partnership with senior management to implement and improve academic progress and achievement across the Primary school.
