HSSE & Process Safety: Implement plant HSSE requirements with focus on Goal Zero, process safety and operational risk control. Participate in HEMP, toolbox meetings, safety walkabouts, ERP drills, PTW controls and HSSE improvement initiatives, ensuring timely action closure and procedural compliance.

Operational Planning & Reporting: Monitor operational performance, inventory accuracy, equipment-related issues and supply requirements, using SAP ERP and operational reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate bulk LPG supply, supplier depot loading, stock availability and inter-terminal requirements, working with suppliers, tranpsorters, supply and scheduling teams to maintain continuity of supply.

Quality & Customer Service: Oversee cylinder inspection, filling quality, leak testing, product handling and dispatch controls, addressing quality and operational issues affecting customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Managed finished-goods inventory, warehouse replenishment and stock reconciliation, ensuring inventory accuracy and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) product availability.
• Coordinated lubricants order fulfillment, dispatch and transportation logistics, managing fleet capacity and optimizing truck utilization while maintaining HSSE requirements.
• Monitored supply and dispatch performance, maintaining KPIs and applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify OTIF failures and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinated receipt and distribution of locally produced and imported lubricants, ensuring accurate SAP transactions, documentation and product traceability.

• Introduced a pipeline pigging/line-clearance process using a spherical ball prior to flushing during lubricant grade changes, recovering residual product from the filling line and reducing flushing oil generation, product waste and associated process costs.
• Developed and implemented an empty packaging pre-receipt inspection station equipped with UV lighting to enable enhanced verification of hidden label security and identification details, strengthening incoming packaging quality controls and reducing the risk of non-conforming packaging entering production.
• Participated in the cartonizer automation project, contributing to equipment design review, technical evaluation and approval of the proposed solution prior to implementation.
• Collaborated with management to establish annual operational targets, KPIs and improvement priorities, translating business objectives into measurable production and quality improvement actions.
• Developed and maintained technical production documentation, process performance reports and KPI dashboards, including digital visual management systems displaying production trends, KPI performance, targets and HSSE information.
