• Designed and supervised the Graduate Training Programme (GTP) that targets unemployed graduate Engineers, Technicians and Technologists from universities and other tertiary institutions to equip them with employable skills to improve the quality of works/services under the Technical Assistance from the European Union Delegation (EUD) as part of a broader effort to support the local construction industry in Uganda.
• Alternated training methods to diversify instruction, strengthen learning opportunities and enhance program success.

CROSSROADS programme (Creating Opportunities for Sustainable Spending on Roads).

• Set up, coordinated and managed the mechanics and plant operator training center.
• Introduced the Equipment Management Systems and more commercial practices to plant and vehicle fleet management in Uganda National Roads Authority.
• Recruited, trained plant operator assessors, developed and carried out quality assurance of plant operator vocational qualification standards in liaison the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT).
• Drew the equipment leasing guidelines, approving of leases and guarantees under the CrossRoads Guarantee Fund (CGF) and a member of the CGF committee.
• Built the capacity of UNRA to run simulator and real plant operator training after CrossRoads programme by training and assessing trainers.
• Carried out Monitoring & Evaluation of the already trained plant operators in the field.
• Supervised the consultant (PwC) who prepared the Contractor Registration and Classification System (CRCS).
