Accomplishments

  • Just before I was head-hunted by Diamond Trust Bank in September 2022 for the role I am currently fulfilling, I was asked to participate in a Digital Transformation RFP response. The RFP was issued by the ISO Capacity Building Practice in Switzerland and the request was to build a Digital Transformation Assessment instrument for them and to roll this out across their National Standards Bodies. After a long selection process we were advised in March of 2023 that we were awarded this contract.
  • I acquired special permission from the COO at Diamond Trust Bank to work on this project, whilst working at Diamond Trust Bank. We have completed a Digital Transformation Survey across 165 countries of which 71 indicated their interest to be part of the pilot phase.
  • We have almost fully developed the instrument based on IP I developed over many years. We have conducted workshops across 9 selected National Standards Bodies. I can provide some further insights in this regard, if it is of any interest.
