- 5. Overall co-ordination of OFC Roll Out, i.e. Underground Optical Fiber Cable Installation through HDPE Telecom Ducts,Aerial FOC installation, Splicing, Termination at the Cell Sites ensuring proper connectivity with correct parameters and specifications for all ODN Infrastructure.
- 6. Monitoring all Quality Parameters during project execution of and project success audit.
- 7. Achieve the Project Completion Target motivating the project team.
- 8. Preparation of All Project Documents and Billings, record network infrastructure documentation for ease of operation and maintenance and for regulatory compliance.
