• While working for Fadhili Microfinance I introduced a remote means of documenting which resolved issues of collection of Group (Chama collections) and managing finances during lockdown which led to increased collection without physically travelling to attend the group meetings.

• While working at Nawiri African Sprouts as a team leader we achieved increased remittances by introducing and encouraging customer friendly services by our agents and staff in enforcing and in supervision of collecting loans with accuracy and efficiency.

• As an Intern and later an Assistant manager at AYIKA FARM, I suggested that the farm should not dispose off the animal waste but rather use them to generate electricity. Consequently, the suggestion was adopted and implemented which led to me being appointed the assistant manager upon completing my internship programme.

I am interested in continuous learning, developing emotional intelligence and psychological growth and mental stability.
