In my research, i did an investigation on the impact of project management practices on the completion of agricultural projects in Kiambu county, Kenya. Specifically focused on Project planning, stakeholder participation, project monitoring and project fund management within both public and private project

Key findings

  • Higher fund allocation was associated with better project completion rates.
  • Effective planning and stakeholder involvement positively influenced project outcomes.
  • Some projects faced budget limitations,affecting completion.

The research led to an improvement of 68% in project completion through optimized fund allocation. It also helped me identify key factors contributing to successful project outcome and develop data. The research boosted my data analysis skills and report writing that enhances better and informed decision making.
