  • Capability building: Developed an in-house learning and development program that has led to a flexible workforce in the ICT department; this has increased operational efficiency as the trained staff can now comfortably manage ICT issues in our branches. This has also reduced our downtime by 50%.
  • Website Design and maintenance: Successfully developed a website for Verona Huruma Sacco which has benefited SACCO in terms of; Credibility, market expansion, and online presence. The website also helps in advertising our products and services and has contributed to the Sacco growth by 20% as most of the processes can now be done online.
