• Project Q which is a Family office with over a billion dollars in varying investments. The goal is to ensure due diligence on all investments for the business, monitor developments within the companies, and ensure profitability
• PremiumGreen Limited is a Private Equity firm looking to invest in African startups and Small Businesses. This company owns 44% of VFD Group, valued at USD 900M.

Impact:

• Managed daily business operations for PremiumGreen.
• Managed an early-stage start-up from its pre-seed stage, increasing revenue by 1,000% PBIT.
• Developed business plans for a half-million-dollar facility in Lagos State earning over USD2M in income in one year of operation, exceeding our projections by 7%.
• Facilitated 49% stake acquisition for Angostura Brand and Nicolas Feuillatte’s import license.
• Raised USD 3.7M via Rights Issue from shareholders of PremiumGreen Limited.

• Successfully developed the Simple Wills platform for thousands of Meristem Trustees customers
• The Trust services app I built formed the foundation for the development of the Meristem Wealth Buddy app
• Successfully developed the Liquid Assets Protection Trust as a product for Meristem Trustees Limited.
