- Oversee planning, execution and analysis of intervention programs targeted at needs of diverse academic subgroups, whether remedial or academic enrichment
- Run all academic systems and structures including but not limited to Ed Admin, Timetabling, Booster Lessons

- Ensure all lessons have clear learning objectives aligned to standards.

Design & Implement Checking for Understanding (CFU) Strategies
- Train teachers on effective CFU techniques to gauge student understanding.
- Observe lessons to assess real-time student engagement & feedback loops.
Develop & Review Teacher Exemplars
- Ensure teachers prepare high-quality exemplars for student reference.
- Provide feedback on the rigor and alignment of exemplars to objectives.
Monitor Academic Progress Using LAP Sheets
- Oversee the use of Learning & Progress (LAP) Sheets for tracking student performance.
- Support data collection processes to inform targeted interventions.
