I am equipped with knowledge and practical skills in Food Science and Technology. During my studies, I got attached with Kenya Meat Commission. where I managed to earn hands on experience in meat handling and meat products processing and preservation. In addition, I worked with The Kenya Bureau of Standards, where I gained knowledge in Both Microbiological and Chemical laboratory analysis, as well as KEBs Standards application and interpretation. I had an opportunity to engage my self with Dora Farm Ltd. At the farm, I dealt with pig and poultry rearing with the target of meat production.
I am a diligent Food Technologist enthusiastically aiming to pursue a professional role to apply advanced knowledge of food product formulation. Creative and driven with a passion for creating and implementing new food technology to drive sales.
