-Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient medical records, including physical charts, electronic health records (EHRs), and other relevant documents.
-Ensure that records are properly labeled, indexed, and stored in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Retrieve and release patient records upon authorized request.
-Assist with the transition of records between departments or providers.

-Entered data into various computer systems accurately using Microsoft Office Suite.
