  • Leads in the development of standards and MEL systems to measure impact for Ipas programs
  • Design and update MEAL plans and frameworks and M&E sections of project work plans/operating plans in consultation with program team and partners
  • Lead in the development and implementation of tools and approaches for documentation and presentation of results, learnings, and best practices
  • Lead in the design and implementation of internal assessments, such as rapid needs assessments, internal baseline and endline surveys, post-distribution monitoring assessments, satisfaction surveys among others
  • Prepare Reports that are Results oriented for the organization, partners, government and other stakeholders
  • Assist the team to develop a succinct, clear donor reports and agreements
  • Tracks, analyzes, and regularly reports on program indicators, progress against targets, program successes, and lessons learned
