  • Knowledge management and documentation: this includesC feeding correct information to our inhouse AI as well as training other team members on various technical information, keeping up with updates of UI/UX of the products, with the objective of reducing resolution time, and empower other support team members with relevant information.
  • Continuous learning and skill development, to ensure I stay on track with the latest trends, tools and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Coordination, working closely with other departments, such as the developer team and product team to investigate recurring issues, test new features and provide feedback to improve product functionality.
  • Team work within the department: As remote worker in a different time zone it's my responsibility to ensure I maintain great communication and coordinate with the office team to ensure we are working cohesively despite the time disparities as well as have a flexible time management plan to accommodate meetings and trainings outside working hours as well.
