• Creating cargo manifest in Internal Management System (IMS) and Printing manifest and order release
• Splitting of Bill of lading for tankers
• Lodging of cargo manifest with KRA ICMS system and C11 amendments11 amendments
• Preparing Bluebook for both Seaforth and sea trade
• Responded promptly to Vessel in emergency situation
