Coordinated and supervised project activities in collaboration with MOH staff, project technical staff, and other implementation stakeholders to support health facility teams to effectively implement, document and report Quality Improvement activities in regard to areas of low performance in the project; HIV testing services, ART initiation and transition to DTG based regimens.

Responsible for overseeing the project designing, implementing Integrated HIV management and expansion of 90:90:90 global ambitious HIV target: HIV testing, ART initiation and adherence to ART and follow up including viral suppression. Support M&E team and data use for decision-making by monitoring project Quality indicators aiming at achieving project targets and ensuring data quality management. Collaborated with stakeholders, MOH and donors for effective project supervision and strategic adoption and scale-up of working solutions in all project sites.
