  • Portfolio Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitoring adherence to risk service standards, supporting timely completion of annual reviews, and managing data clean-up and balance updates for overdue reports. Additionally, I review dormant and active accounts, manage risk reports, control portfolio quality, and proactively handle EWL customers to reduce risk
  • Debt Collections: I contact customers in arrears and accounts in excess, sending demand notices, and reviewing SMS lists for distressed accounts. Additionally, I liaise between the Business team and C&R to ensure timely downgrades to Recoveries, and receipt of customer files within 10 days.
  • Sales Management: I Notify RMs and customers about expiring and expired trade limits, identifying and recommending restreaming of incorrectly streamed SME accounts, and manage turnover movement for all borrowing names with monthly cluster reports.
