  • Conducted business process re-engineering across KK's business functions in readiness for enterprise roll-out of the ERP-Developed comprehensive process manuals for all the 9 business functions.
  • Oversaw development and implementation of several ERP modules to support business operations across the Group, such as Financial management, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Service contract management, HR and Payroll, Fleet management and reporting & analysis.
  • Involved in the implementation of the labour efficiency ('Job-Book') solution that was a game changer to the business by providing 3-way matching of customer contract needs, deployment/attendance reporting and payroll processing for all security officers. This led to massive revenue improvement (Identification of un-billed assignments) and cost reductions (Only pay staff who are deployed on billed assignments)
  • Handled executive scrum updates on ERP roll-out progress and adoption metrics across the different countries. Such presentations were made to the Group CIO, Group CEO and Board.
  • Hired, trained and mentored NAV Support Analysts for the Group, as well as the MIS Manager for Tanzania subsidiary.
  • Involved in the effective training of all ERP users across the Group to improve adoption and utilization of the ERP across the business.
  • Supported internal audit function and external system auditors during review of the MIS governance procedures and implementation of best practices to fully align ICT to the business.
  • Played key role in the upgrades of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP from NAV 2009 to NAV 2016.
