• Researched complex technical issues and provided resolutions during initial product design phase
• Managed design team of 10 engineers (CAD designers, PCB designers, Firmware designers) to perform design reviews and validation testing for electrical components and enclosures.

• Sourced and communicated with suppliers for components, packaging and assembly of the products.

Responsibilities:

• Designed electrical schematics, PCB and firmware for custom built microcontroller boards.
• Sourced suppliers for electrical components as well as enclosures for controller boards
• Oversaw wiring and installation of control boards at industrial sites.
• Performed System integration of new solutions with already existing industrial installations such as labeling databases and conveyor belt controllers.

• Internet of things (IoT) using GSM, WiFi, Sigfox and Zigbee

Responsibilities:

• Worked with KENHA engineers to understand project needs and formulated solutions to match requirements.
• Designed electrical schematics, PCB and firmware of customized microcontroller boards for controlling weigh bridges
• Oversaw electrical wiring and control board installation
• Supervised work of contracted employees to keep on task for timely completion.

6 degree of freedom (DOF) robot arm prototype to be used in drawing on flat surfaces.

• Portable hospital management system

Hospital management system based on portable Android tablets to allow doctors and nurses to have access to real time patient information regardless of where they are in the hospital.
