- In consultation with Board of Management, Teachers, Parents, Learners and other stakeholders prepared the School Improvement Plan (SIP) for Agulu Primary School and presented for approval to the Siaya County Education Board to attract funding from the Ministry of Education- Kenya for implementation to improve learning outcomes and school learning environment
- In collaboration with the Ministry of Education and other stakeholders, established St
- John's Agulu Junior Secondary School and admitted the first grade seven (7) of thirty three (33) students
- Presented Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (K.C.P.E) candidates for examination where they scored a mean of 277.65
- The school also presented the first cohort of Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) for KNEC assessment and registered good performance with all the candidates meeting expectations
- Prepared the 2023-2025 School Strategic Plan which captured infrastructural projects and teacher capacity building to improve on learning outcomes
- Successfully led Project Management Committee (PMC) to implement National Government Constituency Development Fund Eight (8) number classrooms renovation project to completion
- Presented Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (K.C.P.E) candidates for examination where they scored a mean of 287.82
- And the school was placed position twenty (20) in Siaya Sub-county and position 52 in Siaya County
