Accomplishments

  • Attained 3.66 score in BSC FY 2023.
  • I have consistently met and exceeded my monthly targets, bringing a total of Kes. 965.4 million, opened 3,843 funded accounts with a deposit of Kes.384.2 million in the last 8 years. I was recognized for being the second-best salesperson in Kenya in 2017.
  • Supported by the retail banker and Branch Manager, I was able to negotiate the extension of Kapsowar Mission Hospital localized check-off scheme from 36 months to 60 months. Currently, the Portfolio at Risk (PAR) ratio is less than 4%.
  • Negotiated the onboarding of Sololo Flower Farm Limited to KCB with the help of the Cluster Sales manager and branch manager Eldoret east. We opened main account and over 300 salary accounts for the employees. Negotiation of localized check-off agreement is ongoing.
  • Appointed the Sales Team leader in both Kapsowar and Eldoret East branches for 4 accumulated years and was able to mentor and motivate new and existing sales team to meet and exceed their targets. On both occasions, the branches accelerated loan growth rates. Kapsowar branch moved loan book value from 450million to over 0.9 billion, Eldoret east moved from 1.3 billion to over 2 billion.
  • I was part of the KCB football team that represented the bank in the inter-bank’s competition in September 2019. I helped the team win silver medal and KCB Bank emerged 2nd in the competition.
  • Being an active member of Eldoret branch team, I was appointed to the branch health and safety committee in 2019 to serve for a period of 3 years.
  • Appointed School head boy in both primary and Chebara secondary schools where I averted possible students strike by strengthening prefects board and streamlining bottomup communication to ensure zero bottlenecks in addressing student’s grievances.
