As the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at ED Partners Africa Limited, I play the pivotal role of driving the organization's business strategy, operations & management of channels, and overall growth of the enterprise. This includes:
a. Strategic Planning and Execution: Development and implementation of the country’s business strategies to achieve the institution's financial goals as envisaged in the 5-year strategic 10X growth plans.
