• Got involved in EAME MPTS, Results, and Planning meetings: Actively participated in these meetings to gain insights into the project's progress, discuss results, and contribute to future planning. This involvement broadened my understanding of the projects and provided opportunities to collaborate with team members.
• Master the art of project management with SmartChoice, the ultimate resource prioritization tool: By mastering its usage, there was effective allocation and prioritizing of resources within the project. This enhanced project management capabilities and ensured efficient resource utilization.
• Optimize project governance using the EAME DeCo process: The EAME DeCo process refers to the decision-making structure and governance framework within the project. It improves project governance, ensuring clear decision-making, and enhancing overall project efficiency.
• Assume responsibility for Turkey CP and Seedcare projects from the EAME team due to Turkey's integration into the AME region.

AME Portfolio Insecticide Lead

• Manage and influence portfolio decisions of insecticides across AME Business Areas (BAs), encompassing all aspects of product life cycle management, innovation to phase-out for all formulations
• Evaluate insecticides portfolio performance and identify critical gaps in countries and Business Areas (BA), additionally foster collaborative relationships with SAS, mid-tier, and third-party teams for co-development of innovative solutions to address these gaps
• Monitor & continuously review SMS performance, undertaking regular risks and opportunities assessments. Take prompt actions as required, including plans to tackle FtO challenges (mitigation plans, capture opportunities from competition, appropriate and timely gap filing strategies/solutions)
• Train and equip the AME Southern Hemisphere BAs with the necessary skills to effectively input data and leverage the SFDC Project Planner tool.
• Facilitate a cohesive and efficient collaboration among CPD, Regulatory and P&S teams, ensuring the on time and full delivery of projects within the insecticides portfolio
• Maximize the value of insecticides portfolio in AME through the implementation of post patent strategies on key brands and active ingredients
• Lead the development and execution of brand plans, strategies, launches and positioning of insecticides to drive consistency across AME.
