• At the Commission on Revenue Allocation, I was part of a team that worked on the Kenya Petroleum Technical Assistance project (KEPTAP) and this led to the appointment as acting secretary for all KEPTAP meetings as well working on creating an oil and gas resource center for the commission and this was accessible to all the county oil stakeholders.
• As a sales assistant at Standard Chartered Bank, I managed to successfully actualize the Auto Forex project which digitizes the setting up of clients on preferred rates for their foreign exchange transactions. Since the project began, we managed to set up over 20,000 clients and this saw the forex revenue grow by 30%.
• I was part of the team that streamlined the process of fixed income bookings by leading the operation of the digitized fixed income booking tool. This greatly increased efficiency as well as grew revenue by reducing cancellation of booked deals to less than 1%. As a result, we were able to increase customer satisfaction by meeting their investment requirements.
