VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS

I am an active volunteer with Strathmore University Mentorship Program. The program majorly focuses on young girls and boys in rural areas in Kenya in poor living condition. Mentorship focuses on mental health, sexual and reproductive health, domestic violence, relationships and motivation to excel in education and growing talents. I’m mandated to;

- Collect data and write reports

- Organize and schedule meetings with different stakeholders

- Take part in mentorship program

- Report to the supervisor

As a result, the program has managed to keep over 100 young adolescents in school and sponsored a third of the students in higher education by offering scholarships.
