- Organization Overview: A youth organization focused on Sexual Reproductive Health Rights Advocacy.
- Successfully Monitored and implemented of the following 5 projects;
- Women Empowerment and Education for Sexual Health Advocacy (WEZESHA) Project, this a 3 years Project Funded by Global Affair Canada through Aga Khan Foundation that seeks to Advance Gender Equality by reducing gender and social barriers to utilization, uptake of education, early childhood development and other sustainable development services for women, adolescent's girls and young persons, men and boys in Mombasa and Kilifi Counties
- We Lead is an inspiring, innovative and far-reaching programme that truly puts young women rights holders in the driving seat, while supporting them to impactful and sustainably advocate for their Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights
- Right Here Right Now Kenya funded by Rutgers that advocated for strengthened implementation of SRHR policies in Kenya
- Youth in Action Project by AMREF That seeks to build capacity of young people at the grassroots level to advocate for their Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights.
- Participated in the writing of Mombasa County Sexual Gender Based Violence Policy.
- Maintaining and updating a list of all performance indicators, their definitions, data sources, persons responsible and reporting cycles: Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).
- Developing and routine review of data collection tools based on the current indicators for the different projects and organizational needs
- Work with the project officers to ensure that data is collected timely, reviewed for quality, and keyed into the relevant databases
- Analyzing data for the indicators, showing progress against targets, and sharing with the program team
- Organize and represent the organization in the meeting with stakeholders, partners and donors both local and international
- Engaged county level stakeholders from the departments of health, gender and youth in coming up with strategies to promote adolescent and young people's and women health
- Mobilized community gate keepers and other social actors to be agents of change in promoting access to SRHR information and service GBV response
- Part of SGBV Technical Working Group and Mombasa County Health Advocacy Network.
- Together with the project officers, updated project data base that captures project beneficiaries and stakeholders
