For the last 15 years, I have worked with a team of equally dedicated colleagues as we worked on development projects that have an impact on the community. Majority of the projects have grown to their potential and created a positive impact to the owners, the Government and Community. My brief work at MAACS gave me insights how donor funded programs work as the organization was funded by DFID to create awareness and provide counseling services to families affected by HIV/AIDS.
