I desire to work in a highly competitive and dynamic organization specializing in providing quality standard to enable me gain exposure in shaping me to face current needs. Dealing with changes: I am flexible and adaptable to changes and am able to act quickly when facing any obstacles. Stress shouldn’t be a factor to prevent me from taking the right decisions. Collaboration Skill: I have the ability to function in a diverse work environment such that the process and outcome transcend individual contribution. Knowledge of Substantive Law and Legal Procedure: sufficient knowledge of common law system, as applied locally, relevant filing requirements and timelines, fundamental principles of law in all practice areas learnt and relevant legal lingua. Project Management:Ability to lead a team, manage and coordinate the planning, budgeting, implementation and business development activities of a project. Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills: I am able to make timely, well considered and logical decisions on problem situations that may arise so as to find appropriate and workable solutions.
