Responsibilities:

  • Currently responsible for Digital+Print and Field Marketing(Events) sales and customer success management across Africa
  • Communicate performance goals for my team members and provide feedback on methods for achieving them
  • I am actively involved in direct client engagement to architect unique B2B solutions for companies mostly around marketing and events for brand growth in Africa. This includes account management, contract negotiations and stakeholder engagement
  • Coming up with marketing and events(virtual and hybrid) concepts, following through execution all the way to reporting

  • In 2024, I surpassed Sales targets by 54% with a 65% above target in Q2, securing tangible revenue generating partnerships/deals for projects/events in Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Tanzania, South Africa and Nigeria
