I am a dynamic marketing, reservations, logistics and social media executive with over 8 years experience in tourism and hospitality. My great experience in the travel industry, both domestically and internationally offers strong relationships with travel organizations, tour operators, hoteliers, travel agencies and travel agents. Being both in office and field has provided me with a vast experience in reservations, customer relations, operations, logistics and marketing of tour companies as well as camps and lodges. I have dealt with a huge portfolio of clients from all over the world.
Working as a tour consultant has provided me with deep knowledge of the East and Southern Africa therefore ability to provide correct and relevant travel information about the destination, book hotels and lodges, curate detailed itineraries and costing, handle customer needs or concerns seamlessly.
I'm a certified member of St.John's Ambulance Kenya with first aid knowledge. I have worked with National Geographic teams while at Micato. This involved coordinating, planning and execution of National Geographic groups in Tanzania, mainly Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater.

· Marketing through their social media pages, networking with hotels, car hire companies, managing production of the tour company’s flyers and newsletters, updating the customer databases, managing budgets, monitoring competitor activity, attending and organizing events, conferences and exhibitions on behalf of the company.
· Accounting duties such as preparation and analysis of tour budgets, preparation of proforma invoices, billing activities, maintaining the company’s financial records and general bookkeeping.
Community outreach. I worked with women from Kajulu community, educating them in using sustainable energy alternatives such as charcoal briquettes, fireless cookers and also in bee-keeping.
