  • Started working with Sovereign as a sales agent and got promoted after six months to become a team leader and admin after 1 year.
  • Started the sales team training and couching the sales team since the time the revenue was only two thousand shillings to a current performance of more than 4 million from the same team
  • The partner performance improved in enterprise and home solution from being listed among the worse performing to among the top 5 partners through my strategic planning and structuring.
