Lead construction engineer and project manager for Solar and Grid construction projects, providing technical, administrative and engineering expertise in Rural Electrification within Seven Counties making up the Central Rift Region of Kenya.

• Led cross-functional team for successful completion of multiple large-scale Rural Electrification projects which accomplished: construction of 231 Kilometers of medium voltage power transmission lines, 520 kilometers of low voltage power distribution lines, and 178 distribution transformers and electrification of 6,942 households and 98 public facilities ie. market centers, educational institutions, health centers, community boreholes, and administration centers.
• Led construction and commissioning a 15KWp Solar Mini-grid serving 46 households, 20 small enterprises, a Primary school, and Health Centre within the arid and marginalized Olderkesi Village in Niakara Ward of Narok County ensuring timely project delivery within budget constraints.
• Mentored junior engineers, providing guidance in best practices and fostering professional growth opportunities.

• Initiated a community literacy and advocacy program aimed at sensitizing rural communities experiencing energy access disparities on affordable, accessible and sustainable energy options to solve their basic energy services.

• County Engineer in charge of planning, development, design, maintenance and provide technical Electrical Energy Engineering support in Reticulation, Rural Electrification, Energy Management and policy formulation to the County Government of Kisumu - Department of Energy.
• Provided technical support in policy development formulation of Kisumu County Sustainable Energy Policy, 2019; Climate Change Policy, 2018.
• Managed planning, design and construction implementation of the 10kWp Solar Power Supply at Kit Mikayi Cultural and Heritage Center.
• Led the first baseline Energy Audit and Implementation of Efficiency & Conservation Measure in 10No. Hospitals and 3No. municipal water utilities.

• Providing assistance in: inspection, license preparation, and information collection relating to the technical regulations within the Kenyan electricity/power sub sector thereby maintaining compliance and enforcement.

• Trained as Electrical contractor constructing High Tension &Low Voltage Kenya Power distribution networks.
• Assisted in creating detailed technical documentation for engineering projects, facilitating smooth handover to Utility operator.
