• Tracked business revenue and expenditures and reconciled accounts to maintain high accuracy.
• Ensure there is proper supply chain management i.e Financial analysis, data integrity, reporting efficiency.
• Used double-entry accounting methods and check backs to manage daily entries to general ledgers.
• Trained 5 employees on established practices and accounting protocols to eliminate workflow snarls and tracking concerns.
• Annual financial planning, cash projections and forecast for the country office.
• Organized budget documentation and tracked expenses to maintain tight business controls.
• Input financial data and produced reports using Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software.
• Reported financial data and updated financial records in ledgers and journals.
• Manage office correspondents, maintaining a proper filing system, conduct due diligence and procurement of goods and services.
• Assist in the audit trail, work with external auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory yearly audit and properly ensure audit recommendations are implemented.

• Successfully organized and hosted activities surrounding specific topics for members of my group.
• Created a welcoming environment where people can meet and make connections that last beyond their time abroad.
• Become the first point of contact for newly arrived expats or repatriates who want to be a part of the internations community within our specific group in the city.
• Collaborated with other Consuls and Ambassadors within Internations to develop integrated events and functions for internations' members within our city.
