  • Handled tenants and customer complaints, investigated reported cases arising within the mall by coming up with strategies and recommendations that formed a basis of decision making for purposes of enhancing and providing secure environment.
  • Represented the Mall Management matters security, Risk and other Mall related tenant planned forums both at the County and National level.
  • Planned and created a revenue generation solution for specific events within the Mall that resulted to better operations for revenue enhancement.
  • Invented risk analysis policy measures within the Mall which formed basis for improvement in terms of new technology proposals i.e. surveillance systems (CCTVs) as well as fire evacuation procedures and systems for purposes of reducing risks within the mall which in essence saw the reduction of incidences and hence increased the Mall Tenants - Customer relations and comfort.

  • Formulated, planned and coordinated Occupational Health and Safety awareness trainings, evacuation fire drill planning and execution both internal and external.   • Lead the monitoring and following up on general Mall Operations in ensuring compliance of the set out policies across the entire Mall occupants and its environs.
  • Acted as the custodian of all Security and Risk documents as well as the Mall operating documents (permits & Certificates), their renewal. OHSC Certificates, Work permits, Fire permits, SLAs for contracted security firm and its renewals follow-ups, Insurances cost for the Mall and all the tenants among others.
  • In charge of the contracted security personnel by ensuring that they observe, maintain and perform duties as expected of them as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the set out Mall policy.
