- Handled tenants and customer complaints, investigated reported cases arising within the mall by coming up with strategies and recommendations that formed a basis of decision making for purposes of enhancing and providing secure environment.

- Acted as the custodian of all Security and Risk documents as well as the Mall operating documents (permits & Certificates), their renewal. OHSC Certificates, Work permits, Fire permits, SLAs for contracted security firm and its renewals follow-ups, Insurances cost for the Mall and all the tenants among others.
- In charge of the contracted security personnel by ensuring that they observe, maintain and perform duties as expected of them as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the set out Mall policy.
