Summary

Public Health professional and HTS & PrEP Lead with 8+ years’ experience advancing HIV prevention, PrEP scale‑up, long‑acting PrEP (LEN) readiness, and system strengthening across faith‑based and public health facilities under the CHAK–CHAP Stawisha HIV Project.   • Leads the PrEP program across 64 facilities, initiating over 10,000 clients in 5 years and maintaining an average 70% month‑1 retention.
  • Advocated for and institutionalized PrEP Champions, significantly improving PrEP uptake and continuity.
  • Implemented high-impact CQI interventions: tripled PrEP uptake within 3 months (2022) and improved retention by 15% in 3 months (2023).
