• Conducting Individual and group counseling for Internally Displaced persons (IDPs)

• Supervise and ensure quality peer education by peer educators in terms of following the curriculum, ensuring attendance records are kept and questionnaires are completed periodically.

• Visiting peer education sessions and giving feedback.

• Meet with peer educators regularly to monitor progress, reinforce learning and skill acquisition, and facilitate problem solving and peer support.

• Plan, organize, prepare, manage and facilitate life-skills and health training events.

• Coordinate and oversee development of the life skills curriculum, adapting and supplementing existing materials as and when required.

• Liaise with other BQA committee members and other organizations e.g AMREF in organizing Community events.

• Maintain a weekly work plan, specifying planned activities and achievements. Contribute to writing reports to sponsors, drafting sections in newsletters, feeding into BQA work plans and committee meetings, and accurately completing any expenditure reports, attaching all receipts.
