- Provide training and mentoring to new and experienced officers
- Demonstrate courage, integrity, and professionalism in the line of duty
- Resolve conflict and deescalate situations with minimal use of force
- Conduct background checks and process paperwork
- Monitor cameras and respond to alarms
- Write reports and document incidents
- Maintain order and safety at special events
- Provide community outreach and engagement
- Attend training and professional development programs
- Contribute to crime prevention initiatives and community policing strategies
- Assist other officers in performing their duties
