Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensured proper internal control systems implementations in movement of stock and materials from the point of receipts, consumption to finished goods deliveries,
• Ensured accurate costing information, reconciliation of standard to actual production cost,
• Ensured adherence to Oracle ERP workflows and internal control in the Manufacturing systems processes,
• Reported and monitored the Damaged Goods, Obsolete Stocks, and Accounting of the entries in Oracle,
• Coordination of cycle counts, perpetual counts and reconciliation of stock items as a way of aligning physical and system stocks and communicating variances to the management,
• Regular review and reporting on Inventory Ageing analysis report and taking appropriate/recommended actions
• Periodic reconciliation of physical and the G/L inventory balances, month end close, standard cost setting, labor & Overhead absorption,
• Facilitate and participate in monthly and annual stock,
• Monitoring the cost of finished goods Raw, Packaging Material and advice changes in the revised product costs, analyze variances in manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs,
• Reporting monthly Factory Variable Cost workings and firm up explanations in deviations for submission to departmental heads,
• Detailed trend and performance analysis of manufacturing overhead and variable cost and advise the factory operations team on possible areas of cost savings,
• Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings and work centers reviews and initiate relevant recommendations to ensure actual consumption in the Oracle ERP solution,
• Master data management – Managing inventory levels, EOQs and lead times,
• Partnered with production team to ensure ERP processes capture accuracy including knowledge of cost reduction and impact on company profitability.
