• Performing autoclave validation
• Preparation of thermal mapping protocol
• Performing area thermal mapping as the protocol
• Performing equipment thermal mapping as per the protocol
• Coordination of cleaning validation protocol preparation and execution.
• Coordination of Hold time study protocol preparation and execution
• Revision of validation SOPs as per the guideline
• Validation master plan revision

• Operation and setting of blister packing machine
• Ensuring the production of high quality product during production
• Ensuring Good manufacturing practices
• Ensuring good documentation and adhere to data integrity
• Ensuring proper handling process machine and machine parts to avoid product contamination
• Ensuring a line clearance to prevent cross contamination
• Following all the standard operating procedures during production

• Operation and setting of Capsule filling machine
• Following Good documentation practices and data integrity
• Performing capsule filling as per the requirements
• Ensuring that the product produced meets the acceptance criteria as per batch manufacturing record
• Assisting in operation of compression machine
