Introduction And Career Objectives - Summary

I hold a Bachelors’ degree in Education, with over ten years of teaching and training experience in the Education sector as a teacher, trainer, and mentor. In the past, I have closely worked with the Teachers Service Commission and Non-Governmental Organizations such as CHF International and ICL Africa in matters to do with teacher Training and Youth Development Programs. Currently, I work with Future Mark Kenya as a training coordinator where I facilitate the training of young people on viable Entrepreneurial skills, Basic Life Skills, Career Development and Promotion of Girl Child Education through grants. During this time of service, I have acquired strong communication skills enabling me to successfully pass knowledge and skills to students and young people at school and community levels. The possession of excellent command of English and Kiswahili has made it possible to facilitate, mentor, coach and provide motivational talk shows to the youths at different forums through PowerPoint Presentations, and Speeches. My career goal is to pursue a career in manpower training/development and youth empowerment programs with a keen interest in entrepreneurial program management, training, mentoring, and coaching. I would like to lead a team of stakeholders to ensure the culture of teamwork and integrity is cultivated and to apply acquired leadership, monitoring, and evaluation skills to check on team performance and progress of programs and in turn, make full use of the outcomes to make wise decisions and future projections in providing solutions.
